2003 Employee-of-the-Year
The primary inspiration for Dreaming Ant's Employee-of-the-Month Program was this photograph of Victor (aka Bickle) shot by local artist-filmmaker-photographer-taxi driver Jae Ruberto.

Victor's attitude, and the now-legendary cult status of this photo, earned him Dreaming Ant's highest honor -
2003 Employee-of-the-Year.
